The benefits of joining the PlayStation team are many and wondrous to behold.

At SIEE, you'll get 25 days of annual leave each year, along with half-days in the summer and additional days over the festive period at the company's discretion.

London allowance
London is one of the most expensive cities in the world to call home. Fortunately, that's reflected in the special allowance paid to London-based employees.

Learning and development
At SIEE, you'll have access to a wide range of training and development opportunities to help you achieve your professional goals - or even to retrain in a new skillset. A few examples of training courses available to SIEE employees are Time Management, Presentation Skills and Project Management, as well various technical courses relevant to team members in our development studios. We also offer training in all MS Office packages plus language courses in Japanese, French and Spanish.

Pension scheme

Thinking ahead? We're with you. At SIEE, all employees successfully completing their probation period are auto-enrolled in our pension scheme at a minimum contribution of 1% of their basic salary. What's more, SIEE will contribute 2% for every 1% you contribute over the minimum amount, up to a maximum SIEE contribution of 10%.

All permanent members of staff are entitled to private healthcare when they join or at the time of annual renewal.

Dental scheme
SIEE currently offers a contributory dental scheme to all permanent employees when they join or at the time of annual renewal.

Games allocation
'You work at PlayStation? Do you get free games?' Short answer: yes. We get new Sony-developed games as and when they're published. These games are a taxable benefit.

Discounts on Sony products
Employees are entitled to a discount on all Sony products, from televisions to digital cameras. The discount varies but can be as high as 35% (though we do still have to pay VAT on all purchases).
