Holiday Entitlement

SCEE employees are entitled to 25 days annual leave per year. SCEE also offer discretionary summer half days and Christmas leave outside of the standard entitlement.

London Allowance

London is among the most expensive cities in the world to live in. To our assist our London-based employees we pay a London Allowance after successful completion of their 3 month probationary period.

Learning and Development

The company recognises the value of training and development as an investment for the future as a motivator and benefit for employees. The company has a broad training policy designed to ensure that training is made available to enable employees to reach a high level of performance and to provide the training or retraining necessary for advancement in their career. Examples of training couses offered to SCEE employees are Time Management, Presentation Skills, Project Management as well the more niche studio relevant courses. SCEE also offers training on all MS Office packages and language training opportunities in Japanese, French, or Spanish.

Pension Scheme

SCEE provides valuable pension benefits for all permanant employees who have successfully completed their probationary period. Employees are required to contribute a minimum of 2% of their basic salary and SCEE will then double the percentage up to a maximum of 10%.

Healthcare

All permantant members of staff are entitled to Private Healthcare at the time of annual renewal or successful completion of their probationary period.

Dental Scheme

SCEE currently offers a contributory Dental Scheme to all permenant employees at the time of annual renewal or or successful completion of their probationary period.

PSP and Games Allocation

Each employee will receive a PSP system on completion of their probationary period. Over a period of 12 month, employees will receive 12 free games. These games will be popular First Party new releases or popular titles and are a taxable benefit.

Discount on Sony Products

Employees are entitled to a discount on all Sony products, from televisions to digital cameras. The discount employees can receive is up to a maximum of 35% off (you will be required to pay VAT).
